About Toon Library

Toon Library is a fan-made collection of guides and tools for Toontown Rewritten. It exists to answer the questions that come up mid-game — which gags actually take down a Level 13 Cog, what changes between Factory difficulties, whether a gag is worth growing organic — without making you dig through a forum thread from six years ago.

What's here

The Damage Calculator is the centrepiece. Pick the gags you're holding to see exactly what they'll do, or click a Cog level to get the smallest combo that takes it down. It models the mechanics that trip people up in practice: the lure bonus, Trap needing a lure to connect, the same-type bonus for stacking a track, organic gags, and the damage multipliers from Bull Market and Field Office debuffs.

Alongside it are written guides — boss and facility walkthroughs andgeneral guides — covering the parts of the game where a bit of planning saves a lot of sad Toons.

Accuracy

Gag damage, Cog HP, and multiplier values come from the game itself and from figures the community has verified. Some numbers — Lure accuracy in particular — are community-documented rather than published by the developers, so treat them as close-but-not-official. Toontown Rewritten also changes over time, so if you spot a value that no longer matches what you see in-game, it's a bug worth reporting.

Feedback

Corrections and suggestions are genuinely welcome — a calculator is only useful if its numbers are right. If something looks wrong or a guide is missing the one detail you needed, please say so.
